Storms & Lowe is an
established firm of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers with extensive experience in the diversified aspects of engineering. The firm, comprised of approximately 32 employees and incorporated in the
State of California in 1945, has provided fifty plus years of continuous service in the consulting field for a wide range of clients.
Principals
of the firm are James R. Manning, P.E. and Roger Aguilera, P.E. Mr. Aguilera is responsible for directing the work of the Mechanical Engineering Department. Mr. Manning is in charge of the Electrical Engineering Department. They are actively involved in overseeing all phases of the projects for their respective disciplines, from engineering, design and drafting, to the supervision of field operations. Two principals are registered in many other states and have a combined experience totaling over forty years. Our dedicated staff of resourceful engineers and designers, with skill, experience and creativity, enables us to provide our clients with engineering design and also solutions to problems that have satisfied our client's interest and desire for quality, lower cost and improved environmental sensitivity.
For
each individual project, our team approach is to couple the skills of Storms & Lowe's senior-level core staff with any necessary outside disciplines to provide a project "team" managed by professionals who emphasize schedule adherence, construction cost control, and quality assurance.

is certified as a Minority/Disadvantaged business enterprise by Caltrans, the City of Los Angeles Department of Public Works and the Department of Airports, Long Beach Transit District, Orange County Transit Authority, Cordoba Corporation, Metropolitan Transit Authority and the University of California. We are located in Los Angeles at LAX, and have practiced in the greater Southern California area for over fifty years.
